Terms and Conditions for NHS Staff Events

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the NHS Staff Christmas Party, organised by NHS Staff Events (“Organiser”). By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Event Details

1.1. The NHS Staff Christmas Party is an independently organised event for NHS staff and their guests.
1.2. The event will take place on the date, time, and at the venue specified on the ticket confirmation.

2. Ticket Purchases

2.1. Tickets must be purchased in advance through the official website or authorised platforms.
2.2. Ticket prices are inclusive of the advertised services (e.g., welcome drink, two-course meal, entertainment).
2.3. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except as stated in Clause 3.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the event at its sole discretion due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events.
3.2. In the event of cancellation by the Organiser, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued to the original payment method. No additional compensation will be provided.
3.3. No refunds will be issued for attendee cancellations, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction with the event, except as required by law.

4. Admission and Conduct

4.1. All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry.
4.2. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the event for inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, harassment, or disruption of the event.
4.3. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The Organiser accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage.

5. Liability

5.1. The Organiser will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance at the event, except where caused by negligence.
5.2. The Organiser does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the event or any specific experience.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. Any personal data collected during ticket purchase or event participation will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.
6.2. By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for marketing purposes, unless they notify the Organiser in writing in advance.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Amendments

8.1. The Organiser reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on the official website.
